THE EMPLOYMENT UNIT PARTICIPATED IN AN INTERNSHIP & CAREER EXPO WITH MARSHALL UNIVERSITY. TWO OF OUR PROGRAM DIRECTORS AND ONE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WERE PRESENT AT THE EXPO AND INTERVIEWED 2 CANDIDATES.

Initiative: INTERSHIP PROGRAM

THE EMPLOYMENT UNIT HAS AN ONGOING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. INTERNS AT OUR STATIONS WORK IN THE PROMOTIONS AND PROGRAMMING DEPARTMENTSJ. ONE OF OUR INTERNS WAS HIRED INTO A PART-TIME POSITION AT ONE OF OUR STATIONS DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD.
